It's been so long people. The last two weeks was great. First time clubbing for the sake of daniel laksana, B's birthday, My sister's keeper ( F-ing nice movie ) and lots of frolick :D

And B's birthday was greatttt. Celebrated B's birthday by surprising her with a cake under her block. What a chance to meet up with mbjjd :D I can only say i miss the meet-ups with them. 30th ! its a must go.

I know i've been freaking nonsensical / out of mind recently, thanks for holding up with me.

Haven't been updating this shitty page for quite some time and that already tells you how occupied i was during holidays. Holidays was just pure fun man, camps, drinking, movies, going out, really enjoyed it.

But now, school has started and i guess it won't be that bad too ( at least you get occupied daily and see your crazy and gay classmates ) . Just have to switch back to the routine daily life and wake up early. Timetable is pretty ok ( at least no long long long long long breaks in between ), just that on thursday, it will be a hell of a day from 8 to 5 with only lunch break. And i still haven't got used to waking up early daily and taking long bus rides home alone ( damn it no one stays at sengkang) . Imagine the latest time class start is 10 ?!!

But nvm, sacrifices have to be made when good grades are to be acheived.
Accumulative GPA 3.5 and get into a local U Sean.
The pilot route would be a bonus but i guess it may not be there for you anymore given your shitty eyesight ( F )

First of all, i would like to say a very BIG SORRY to all my friends who had to tolerate my emotion bust up for the past few days. I was too crazy i think. I totally let my emotions take over the control of my mind and i think i might have offended a few of you. Sorry yeah =]

Back from camp !!!!! To be honest, it wansn't really great and enriching but the people i got to know from the camp were =] The camp's activities were just pratically the same as what we make our freshies do and i only learnt something from the profiling. Not much of leadership... And till now, i still feel holding a candle and having to walk from NP to sunset way and back to KAP was of no purpose ! HAHAHA ! But then, the whole thing is over =] And when i reached home yesterday at 4pm, i pratically just jumped into my bed and slept my way through till 6am the next day for school !
And f*ck, theres AMTL test tmrw and chapter two looks hard.

Dance4Fund performance today was freaking cool i swear ! All the sleek and syncrhonised dance moves on show ! Love the judges' dance man. Their actions were like so together and sharp ! How i wish i could dance like them and join NRA which is like freaking cool too. But i think thats pretty impossible cos my hands and legs coordination sucks like nobody's business and my body is just too tensed up =[

And oh yeah, i have a new lecturer by the name of Sow Tong Bee ! I think he will be my 'favourite' lecturer for the semester =] He just look so cute =] But then i will stop thinking of him now because i am dead beat =]

Rugby trial - skipped

Hahaha ! Finally had my haircut with josiah and danial Laksana after school today. But then, i skipped rugby trial =[ Was just too tired and the the thought that i have to spend 5 hours doing nothing while waiting for the trial to start at 5 just made me decide to go home =] Futhermore, wednesday is the only day i am released early at 12 and thats the only time for me to rest and recharge while planning to chiong GPA 3.9 for this semester right ! Hahaha

And to add to the joy, school starts at 10 tmrw, which means more sleeping time =]

Life has been great ! Been heading out almost everyday ! Tuesday was breakfast with a few of ECE peeps and then went to SCH with MBJJSD for Syf. Then yesterday went out with ECE people again ! Cineleisure for movie and then down to bugis for dinner =] Had fun ! Because they are real fun people, like duh, hahaha =]
Today was movie with JOKER ! Crazy people, all beng and lians... HAHAHA !
And tmrw, soccer in the morning and ouch, i can hear the growling sound of my wallet =[

Great job Nvsb ! You guys did great =] Although to be honest, musically wise we were not perfect, I felt the fighting spirit in the band and for me, i always feel that a good band does not always refers to perfect playing, the spirit in the Band plays the bigger part ! When the two pieces were delivered, efforts in the performance and feelings put into the pieces touched me. The sincerity of the band was also deeply felt . Out of all these factors, i felt we already gained the most important factor in the competition. Gathering the true band spirit. I know although the result is not something we all hoped and aimed for for the hard work put in, i think we should not be affected by it so much alright=] We cried, cried and cried. Enough of crying ok =] Now its time to clean up the tears on our cheeks and get the best out of the the competition =] That is when we will emerge as the real winner. We must get back strong together fast and perform for the crowd with our best yet again ok !!! Speech day 09, make it a memorable one !

For me, the competition isn't just a competition, its a learning platform . We learn what went missing during the competition and improve on it and then go on and perfect it. Every stages in band are priceless learning process and SYF is our reality check just like exams. We did not do good enough this exam, so we practise harder and learn from mistakes and go out stronger for the next one. We must not let our emotions get over us and bring us down ! BECAUSE WE ARE NVSB !

I know criticisms and comparisons will come along the way and it will be hard on you all, but hey guys, do you want to be affected by the criticisms and let the people who criticised get things their way or emerge stronger from them ? I think we should use the criticism as useful learning points and let the criticisms push us forward and not make us fall =] Because only the strongest will gain the best out of everything and we will be the strongest out of all the others one day. That is something i always believed in and have faith in.

Hey guys ! I am back ! =] ECE FOC 09 for the past five days was great ! Had fun being with the other guys in logistic ! I must say we were quite bonded =]

Night walk was damn cool. Hid inside the pitch dark toilet cubicle scaring freshies =] Failed in scaring some of them though. But other than that, everything was great. Especially playing captain ball in the pool with 80++ freshies =]

Campfire was nice also. Although i didnt managed to get the freshies even 'higher', but nvm, i think they had fun =] To sum all out, ECE FOC WAS FUN/GREAT/COOL =] Given a chance i will return next year for sure to help out also =]

I am sorry friends. I know i always do things harshly and piss you guys off. I do things and say things without thinking of the consequences first. That is my character and i know it sucks. But i just cannot seem to change. Everytime after i done something wrong i will regret and get fucked up over it then apologise for what i did. I know sometimes it may be too late to apologise after doing or saying something but deep from my heart, i really know that i was wrong. I don't know how to say out how sorry i am but i really regret all my actions everytime after doing something i felt was unacceptable. I just can't control a moment of fury or emotions . And sometimes, when i know i am at fault, i will refuse to put aside my dignity and apologise because thats not me as i do not like losing at all. Losing is the last thing in the world i would want to face. But then, friends are the last things in the world i would want to lose. I know i am being random but i just want to apologise to friends that i had angered and beared with my overflow of emotions for the past few months which sometimes had been converted into anger. I am sorry.

Heard the main band play and I felt that they played quite nicely and improved a lot =] As for Aband, more and more concert's stuffs are being confirmed and the repertoire are all very VERY nice pop pieces. Alvamar Overture - James Barnes

Alvamar overture. Choice piece for syf 2005. First song performed on stage with nvsb. Really happy that i was given the chance to join in syf 05 when i was just sec 2. I will never forget our nicest/best/most caring ever conductor Mr Darren Sim and of course the experience of playing with the seniors. Their skills are just so great and i surely felt we deserved a gold that year. 03:15, i will never forget. At that point of time inside singapore conference hall, my hair stand and my heart melted as the whole band delivered that part. I will never forget that performance.

Majestia - James Swearingen

Majestia. My last song played for NVSB at syf 07 and the syf in which my batch was the eldest. Pressure was there as we wanted to maintain what our seniors did. I rmb competition that year was tough, judging was strict, with several bands ahead of us getting a medal lower than what they were supposed to get. But i will never forget the unity of the band then. We've went through quarrels and cried tgt but in the end we delivered the pieces with all our hearts. Altough we did not get the desired results, i think we really had all our efforts placed in. seriously we did.

Syf's experience was the best thing i've gained from band. I was greatful that i had two syf chances and I've went through two syf with two different conductors which made me learn even more. The passion of the conductors made me love music and appreciate music. Talking about syf, the syf experience could only be explained with one word - unforgetable. When the emcees announce" Band no.** North Vista Symphonic Band with their set piece singapore rhapsodhy and choice piece alvamar overture" you will just feel a chill down your spine. Your principals, teachers, conductors and seniors pinned all their hopes on you and you know it is time to perform, time to shine. And when you step on the stage, you have mixed feelings. Feeling nervous is for sure, but, you will have the urge to quickly perform for the judges and show them what you have practised for months and months. The fruits of labour of practices almost everyday after school will surely be felt after the two songs are performed. Afterall, lets not forget we practiced months just for that 10 mins or so on the stage. Who wouldnt want to bring the best result out of it? Thats what make syf such an unforgetable experince. Now, its year 2009. Syf is nearing and of course Nvsb are in for the challenge. 7 April 2009 . Work hard guys, bring the best out of the 10 mins. Wow the audience, judges and your teachers. Give it your all. All the best =]

Movie with juv and dan yesterday =] Slumpdog millionare ! Nice movie with a special plot never seen before i must say. Sky park after that and had a nice talk like we always do =] Back home after that.

As for today, match in the morning. The weather made me an 'all black' and drained all my energy. I played like shit i must say.

Aband after that and concert plans were brought up again. Very excited about it and hope that the concert really will work out =] Dinner after band and study session at anchorvale cc with mbjd =] And of course, took loads of pictures and had crazy fun =] How i wish everyday could be like saturdays.

Yesterday
Ael test in the morning, yes, on a SATURDAY MORNING, and well, did all i can and hope i can get a good grade =]
Then, at night, or should i say midnight, went for supper with MJJ =] Jalan kayu and had my mee goreng which took nearly an hour to arrive all thanks to the waiter who forgotten to order. Was rather pissed off ! So, after supper, walked to fernvale and took a cab back. Very nice time spent with them =] Hope that b and d can make it in the next meet-up !
